2.1 Age Requirement:

  • For events intended for individuals under 18 years of age, a legal guardian or supervisor is required to facilitate and oversee the participation of the minor, ensuring compliance with these Terms.

2.2 Nominee Registration:

  • Nominees are eligible to register for participation in our events once the nomination period is open. Registration requires the submission of personal details, which will be vetted by a temporary board appointed specifically for each event.
  1. Voting and Polling

3.1 Voting Mechanism:

  • Votes can be cast using mobile money or credit/debit cards. The voting process will be clearly communicated on our platform.

3.2 Non-Refund Policy:

  • All votes cast are final and non-refundable. By participating in the voting process, you agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3.3 Voting Results:

  • Public voting forms 50% of the final score in determining winners, while the judges’ scores contribute the remaining 25% and the Academy also scores 25%. The combined score will determine the final outcome for each nominee.

4.1 Access to Content:

4.2 Usage of Content:

  • You may access, view, and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, reproduction, or use of our content for any other purposes without explicit written consent from Askof Productions Ltd. is strictly prohibited.

  • Nominees must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Any false or misleading information may result in disqualification.

5.3 Guardian Involvement:
